Q: Why are my new items not showing and come up "item not found"? A: a bit of troubleshooting is necessary. Check your settings! There is a setting on the Exchange tab to require all items be approved by an admin before displaying in the marketplace. Therefore, when the box is checked (enabled), items will not display until they are approved. The check can be removed from the box (disable), and then new Item listings will not require approval. On the Item tab, you can view the Item Manager to see if items are marked Approve. They can be approved by clicking on the word Approve, which will change it to Active.
