Q: Does the software have a payroll module for hourly employees? 

A: vBarter software does not handle your general business accounting such as payroll, accounts payable, expenses, general ledger, etc., but rather only the recordkeeping for a barter exchange as well as processing fees, recording the transactions and fees, etc. 

General accounting and business bookkeeping is best handled by financial software such as QuickBooks. Then just one of the categories, Sales, would be updated with fee revenue from the exchange.
