A multi-page Join form provides the opportunity to capture contact information on the first page in the event the prospect abandons the application process for one reason or another.

We moved the credit card request on the last page, so if a prospect abandons the application because of the requirement to add credit card information, you will still have their business and contact information to follow up with them.

You can select your preferred Join form settings in http://manage.vbarter.com by clicking on the Edit button on the Exchange Settings page which is on the Exchange tab.

While you're at it, be sure to select the Payment Options you offer members, as well as whether or not you want the Activate Trade Card button, which links to the activation app, to display on the footer of your website.
