Q: How can I send emails with new marketplace offers to members?

A: vBarter features an automated email App to send an email to members from your admin account with your logo on it. 

 
You can set it to send daily or weekly, and it will include all of the new items listed in the marketplace from the previous day or week. 
 
You can set it to generate but not send, or generate and send automatically. If you set it to generate and not send, then you can check it each day (or week), eliminate any items you do not want sent, and then schedule it to send. If you select weekly, you can select which day of the week to send it.
 
To activate Automated Email, click Auto Email Settings on the Email tab. Be sure you have a distribution list previously set-up using Segmentations on the Members tab.
