vBarter - Why didn't some members receive statements?

Q: Why didn't some members receive statements?
 
A: vBarter sends statements to all members by email that are set to recieve it by email, by fax for members set to receive it by fax (if you have a myfax or efax account added to your exchange settings) or it creates a PDF file that it adds to your vBarter Inbox with statements for members that are set to reecive it by postal mail.
 
You can check the settings for the members to be sure they are set to receive their statements by email. If they are, then vBarter sent the statement. Potential issues for why a member didn't receive a statement could include: 
 
It got caught by their spam filter or was moved to their junkmail folder. Or, their email address is entered incorrectly, or perhaps they changed their email address.
 
To send an individual statement, simply display the statement, click the Print button and Print it as a PDF file. You then email the PDF file.
