vBarter - Expiring Credit Card Report

Use the Autopay Report to manage expiring credit cards to keep member payment details up to date and avoid batch processing declines:

  1. Click on Reports tabs.
  2. Then on the left navigation, click Members > Autopay
  3. Select Credit/EFT

The report will show expired credit card dates in RED, about to expire in BLUE and all others in BLACK.

You can click on the members name to send the member an email, or view their phone number to call and get updated credit card info.

If you have Skype on your computer, you will be able to click on the phone number to call them from your computer with a headset and microphone.
